Customer service did get back to me eventually, but the wait was literally longer than I expected. Not the worst experience, just a bit frustrating.

I actually like earning points whenever I order, and the rewards have worked fine for me so far. I just wish the discount would show up a little faster sometimes

I know some people get annoyed with preorders, but I don’t think this was handled badly. I ordered something that was on preorder and then got a backorder update later, so yeah, it took longer than I wanted. But they did email me about it, and the item eventually showed up in good shape. It wasn’t a perfect experience, sure, but I didn’t feel like they were ignoring me or anything. I’d probably order from them again, just not if I needed something super fast.

I do like the overall look of Shop Avara. The clothes have that cute, modern style that feels easy to wear without trying too hard, and some pieces caught my eye right away. But at the same time, I had this weird feeling that the whole vibe is a bit inconsistent. Some items feel super trendy in a way that might not last, and a few just don’t seem as nice in real life as they do in the photos. I wanted to love it more than I did. It’s not bad at all, but for me it just didn’t fully hit.

My order showed up right when they said it would, and the tracking updated without any issues. The box was sorta bumped up a bit, but everything was still there and in good shape. I’d use them again if deliveries keep going like this.

I actually liked getting the texts and emails. They were cute little reminders, but not toooo many, so it never felt annoying. Shopping was super easy too.

The refund did come through, so that’s good!!! It just took a bit longer than I expected, and I ended up having to check in once to see what was going on?? Not a terrible experience or anything... I just wish the refund updates had been clearer along the way!!

It fits me well, honestly. I’m not sure what else people would expect, but for me the size feels right and it’s comfortable enough to wear without any issues.

I ordered a dress from shopavara.com it is cute! The fit is decent and the stitching seems fine, but the material felt thinner than I was expecting... especially for the price. I’ll still wear it, and I don’t totally regret buying it, but I wouldn’t say the quality blew me away. Not sure I’d be in a hurry to order again.

My order showed up packed really well, and nothing was bent or damaged at all. The box looked neat and secure too, which I appreciated. I’ve had packages arrive beat up before, so this was a nice change. i’m happy with how everything arrived and have no complaints.

I tried ordering a dress that was showing as in stock, but after I checked out, I got an email saying it actually wasn’t available. It was frustrating because that wasn’t made clear at all until after I’d already placed the order. I had to choose something else, and by then the size I wanted was gone too. The site really needs to update stock faster and communicate it better

I ordered a dress from Shop Avara and I was expecting at least something to be a little off, like the color looking different online or the sizing being weird. But the description was actually really accurate. The color, fit notes, and fabric all matched what I received, which was a relief because I hate dealing with returns. I was especially nervous about the sizing, but the measurements helped a lot and it fit how I expected. Nothing disappointing when I opened the package, so I’d probably order from them again

I found Shop Avara on Instagram and their page looked really cute, so I figured I’d ask a couple questions in the comments and then in DM. They were liking posts and seemed active, but getting an actual reply took forever. Like, really slow. And when they finally answered, it was basic and didn’t really help much.

It just made me hesitate to order because the social media looks busy, but the customer support there feels slow, slow, slow. I kept feeling like I had to wait and still didn’t get much of an answer. Maybe email is better, but from Instagram, it was kind of disappointing.

The fabric is really soft and lightweight, and it’s comfortable to wear. I do like the feel of it, but it’s definitely thinner than I expected. Not terrible, just thinner than I thought it would be, and I kind of wish it had a little more weight to it.

I’d probably order again if I saw more good reviews on a specific piece or if there was a sale, but I don’t think I’d pay full price next time...
